Dan Hoch founded Peak Performance Coaching & Consulting in 2005, where he helps clients improve results in their organizations and lives. Dan has a passion for his work and loves helping clients realize their dreams. He has coached hundreds of clients to realize their potential, achieve better results, and take their businesses and lives to the next level. His clients consistently achieved better business results with less effort, and reported a better sense of control, balance, and peace in their lives.
Prior to forming PPCC, Dan was Vice President – Business Coach with Maryland Leadership Group where, for three years, he specialized in helping business owners, executives, managers, and sales organizations in the Baltimore/ Washington area.
Before embarking on his coaching career, Dan had a successful career in sales, marketing, and management. As a successful sales management executive he hired, coached, and managed nationally recognized top sales teams. Dan started his career with IBM where he served in various sales and management positions throughout the Northeast. He spent the second half of his sales career with Bottomline Technologies, a start-up business-to-business software company that he helped grow to $70 Million in annual sales before going public.
Dan is a positive role model for his clients, living life to the fullest. He is a marathon runner, Appalachian Trail thru-hiker, golfer, cyclist, skier, and mountain climber. To achieve peak performance in his own life, Dan practices daily habits to stay fit physically, mentally, and spiritually.
